1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using zarahstyles.com ("the Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Products & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
• Product images are for illustration purposes; colours may vary slightly on different screens.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse an order at our discretion.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and payment is processed.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment details you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store your card information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free in-store pickup and flat-rate local delivery. Delivery options and fees are shown at checkout.
• Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier or upon pickup.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Items may be returned in person within 60 days of the original purchase date.
• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition.
• Approved returns are refunded at 60% of the original purchase price.
• We currently only accept in-person returns; we do not accept mailed returns.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.
• To start a return, contact us or visit us in person with your order details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including images, text, logos, and design — is the property of ZarahStyles or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZarahStyles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the jurisdiction in which ZarahStyles operates.
